UMI is now hiring! Thanks to everyone's support, our little restaurant is continuing to grow and is in more need of new staff members.

Positions we are hiring (for both Ellicott City and the NEW Frederick location opening in May 2026)

You must meet these requirements:

Ability to work in a culturally diverse and rapid-paced environment where English may not be everyone's first language
18+ years for bartenders, 16+ for everything else
Available at least 3 days a week from 5pm-9pm; Must have availability Friday and Saturday night, alongside most holidays.
For assistant bartenders/barbacks, knowledge or experience is required
Quick to learn mindset, adaptable, friendly
